We want every piece to arrive as expected. If there is an issue with your order, contact the studio so it can be reviewed quickly.

30-day return window

People may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support with your order number and photos of the issue so the order can be reviewed.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe and bank processing times may vary.
